Lester Savage

Lester has immersed, trained and qualified in a number of different therapies including neuro-linguistic programming, solution focused psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, emotional freedom techniques, mindfulness and more. He has also read over 300 books ranging from neuroscience, biology, nutrition, fitness, psychology, philosophy and self development to aid him into becoming a wellness expert. He travelled to Poland and learnt to endure sub-zero temperatures direct from the Iceman Wim Hof and has since summited mountains in -15 degrees wearing only shorts and shoes. Through his book, course, coaching, retreats and events, Lester dedicates himself to successfully helping others transform themselves to feel 'superhuman'.

Dr Rory McGill

Dr Rory McGill was a GP for 20 years when he came to a realisation that the drugs he was prescribing were very often just tackling symptoms. Rory trained and qualified in a variety of other medical practices and found that by treating patients from a holistic perspective (holistic meaning whole) he was tackling the source of the issue and seeing a huge difference in his patients. In his daily work as a holistic doctor he improves the health and happiness of people all over Plymouth without drugs, rather paying attention to their bodies, minds and spirits, along with environment and important relationships.

Grace & Alan Chatting

Grace is the author of 'Mend It - Don't End It' and is particularly passionate about Fulfilled Relationships, Happy Families and Women reaching their full potential. Alan focuses on confidence building, especially for those in personal or professional transition, so that they can feel empowered for moving ahead. Their unique perspectives and successful work in relationship coaching is particularly inspiring, having helped save many relationships throughout Devon and provided a boost for countless more!

Christa MacKinnon

Christa is a psychologist, counsellor, therapist, shamanic teacher and best-selling author. Working internationally as a psychologist and university lecturer, she specialised in complex trauma, which laid the basis for her expertise in the functioning of the human mind. Her fascination with the capacities of the human mind and consciousness led her to explore spiritual teachings, living in Ashrams in Asia and apprenticing to Shamans in the Americas. Christa now combines her knowledge of the contemporary psychological with ancient shamanic teachings, a subject she speaks, writes, trains and lectures widely about. She believes that humans need to re-learn to utilise altered states of perception so that they can tap into their vast creative potential and expand consciousness to develop and evolve. Christa is the author of the best-selling book ‘Shamanism: Awaken and Develop the Shamanic Force Within’ (Hay House) and the ground breaking book ‘Shamanism and Spirituality in Therapeutic Practice’ (Jessica Kingsley Publishers).

Dr Toby Call

Toby studied at the University of Oxford before completing a PhD in industrial biotechnology at the University of Cambridge. He is a founding director of Chronomics, an annual epigenetics testing subscription to track how environmental and lifestyle factors are affecting your body. At Chronomics, they measure DNA methylation which allows them to look at the molecular fingerprint that the interaction between your genetics and your lifestyle leaves on your DNA.

A mind-blowing exploration into how the brain works, how our caveman ancestors lived, and why we should use these insights to inform our knowledge and actions in regards to our physical and mental health.
10.45am - Dr Rory McGill: *LIVE* Brain Training With Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a way to train brain activity; a form of biofeedback in which subjects respond to a display of their own brainwaves or other electrical activity of the nervous system. It has helped people with the enduring effects of head trauma, as well as with conditions such as anxiety and ADHD, but is more and more commonly used by people wanting to train themselves to obtain certain states of mind. Watch Dr Rory McGill as he demonstrates and discusses how this advanced technology works with live audience participants.
11.30am - Break
Complimentary tea or coffee plus a selection of biscuits.
11.45am - Grace & Alan Chatting: Secrets To A Long And Passionate Relationship
Did you know that 42% of all marriages end in divorce and yet 90% of those divorces are avoidable? This proven and concise three stage approach to relationship recovery helps couples stabilise, recover and build skills that if applied as directed can lead to a high possibility of full recovery of the relationship as well as love, intimacy and connection.
12.30pm - Christa MacKinnon: Expanding Consciousness
Humans have the capacity to expand their perception through altering their mental states and access wider realities within themselves - and without. Spiritual masters receive their teachings in altered states, artists produce their best paintings, music or books in altered states, and even scientists utilise their powers. Christa’s talk will explain altered states of perception, how we can create them intentionally and how we can use them to tap into our vast creativity and underlying knowing, connect with the spiritual, expand our reality and become the ‘more conscious humans’ we need to become if we want to evolve.
1.15pm - Lunch
Time to explore the city centre and grab a bite to eat at one of many fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby.
2.30pm - Dr Toby Call: Understanding DNA & Our Destiny
What if you could control the fate of your future health? What if you could alter the hard wiring of your genetic expression with your behaviour and surroundings? This talk presents the most exciting and up to date epigenetics research and answers the common questions surrounding our DNA, genetic make-up, and pre-determined health.
3.15pm - Lester Savage: Becoming Superhuman
What does it mean to be superhuman? You and I are superhuman if we’re experiencing good mood, confidence, focus, energy, willpower, stress resilience, brainpower, calm, and removal of social anxieties/inhibitions all the time.  By understanding, testing and controlling our own biology, we are able to optimise our mental and physical health to consistently experience peak performance. Becoming 'Superhuman' is no longer an unrealistic goal. You really can have complete control over your health and happiness.
